1. Who We Are

2. Membership Access & Conduct

  • Your membership is personal and non-transferable.

  • Access to content and spaces is granted only while your membership is active and payments are up to date.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or remove members at our discretion if behaviour is inappropriate, disrespectful, or not aligned with the energy of the community.

  • No refunds will be issued for memberships revoked due to conduct breaches.

3. Retreats & Events

  • Retreat bookings are confirmed only after a deposit is paid and your application is approved.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, under all circumstances.

  • Full payment must be made by the deadline stated. If payment is missed, your place may be forfeited without refund.

  • We reserve the right to make changes to the retreat structure, location, schedule, or inclusions, if necessary. All efforts will be made to honour the spirit of the event.

  • Attending a retreat is at your own risk. You are responsible for your own health, travel insurance, and decision to participate.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments are processed securely via trusted platforms.

  • No refunds are offered on digital products, membership payments, or missed events.

  • If you subscribe to a monthly or annual plan, you are responsible for cancelling in advance if you no longer wish to continue.

  • Partial refunds are not issued for early cancellations of annual memberships.

  • Payment plans for retreats or products are binding. Missed payments may result in access being revoked.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, and materials created or shared by The Invite Club — including logos, written content, event designs, videos, and templates — are protected by copyright.

  • Content may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or claimed as your own without prior written permission.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

  • All offerings are for educational and personal development purposes only.

  • We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

  • The Invite Club is not liable for personal outcomes, losses, or decisions resulting from use of our content, events, or services.

  • Retreat guests participate voluntarily and are responsible for their own well-being during travel and attendance.
