a mixed-gender, performance-rooted weekend long retreat in the snowy hills of Central Finland. think ski days, sauna nights and structured movement paired with real rest. this is about recalibration - reawakening your strength, clarity, and connection to your body.

  • each retreat is designed to support a different kind of reset:

    • Soul is for emotional clarity, reflection, and connection. you’ll slow down, go inward, and come back to yourself. (women’s only)

    • Body is for physical reset and embodied energy. you’ll move, stretch, sweat, and feel your strength.

    • Mind is for strategy, vision, and self-leadership. you’ll gain clarity on what’s next and build the structure to support it.

    think of them as different entry points to alignment – depending on what you need most right now.

  • all rooms are thoughtfully designed with elevated comforts - from soft bedding to curated touches that make you feel held. we offer a mix of private and shared rooms, and do our best to match guests based on preferences and availability. you’ll be contacted closer to the retreat to confirm your room arrangement.

  • not necessarily. what matters most is that you’re open to reflection and connection. whether you’re just beginning or already grounded in your personal growth, the retreat is designed to meet you where you are.

  • all accommodation, meals, guided sessions, group experiences and materials are included. everything you need will be available on site. all you need to bring is yourself, a willingness to be present, and clothing suited to the season.

  • you’re welcome to invite someone you believe would genuinely benefit from this experience - but they’ll need to apply individually. we don’t offer group bookings and each retreat is carefully curated to maintain the energy and balance of the group. most guests attend solo & we encourage that where possible to make space for new connections.
